How Remote Harmonic Egg Sessions Work

1. The Science: Energy, Frequency & Connection

Everything in the universe  including your body, mind, and emotions  is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. What looks solid is actually a dynamic field of moving energy.

As Dr Bruce Lipton explains:

“Quantum physicists discovered that physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating… everything we thought was physical is not physical.”

In simple terms, we are energetic beings. Our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies are interconnected within a vast energetic field  sometimes called the quantum field. This understanding forms the basis for how remote Harmonic Egg sessions work.

Resonance is the natural principle that when one vibration moves, another tuned to the same frequency responds  like a tuning fork that makes another hum from across the room.

In the same way, when the Harmonic Egg emits specific sound and light frequencies, your own energy field identified through your unique “vibrational signature”  can resonate and respond, no matter where you are in the world.

To establish that connection, I use simple identifiers: your birth name, date of birth, and a current photo taken in natural light. These details act as energetic coordinates, allowing the Egg to align precisely with your energy field.

Step 1 – Creating the Energetic Link

You’ll provide your full birth name, date of birth, and a recent photo. These act like a radio frequency, allowing the Harmonic Egg to “tune in” to your unique energy field.

Step 2 – Tuning the Egg

Once connected, I select the sound and light frequencies that best support your current needs. Different colour spectrums and geometric harmonics work together to balance your nervous system, release stored emotions, and restore energetic harmony.

Step 3 – Energetic Transmission

Your details and photo are placed within the Harmonic Egg chamber, where the selected frequencies are emitted into the energetic field. Through resonance, your energy begins to respond  promoting calm, coherence, and natural healing.

Step 4 – Integration

After the session, give yourself space to rest and integrate. Many clients report feeling more relaxed, sleeping deeply, or noticing subtle emotional or physical shifts in the following days as their body harmonises with the frequencies.
